I ate the Sweet Fire Chicken last night. I got very sick with food posioning. I will never eat Panda again. Save your $ and go to Mc Donalds where food does not lay around in warm trays and collects germs

I frequent this location quite a bit and it is my go-to spot for a quick bit to eat during my lunch break. The service is usually pretty good and they do an okay job with the portions. Because there isn't much competition as far as decent, healthy fast foods in this area, lunch time is usually quite a crowd, but I never have had to wait a long amount of time. I'm not sure how this place is during other times, but during the lunch time, it's a great place to get something to eat. I definitely recommend it.

I decided to try Panda Express against the warning of my friends. I went in on a Monday afternoon to grab lunch. I was expecting there to be a long line but I just managed to get there before the lunch rush. Right off the bat before I even stepped inside the restaurant, I get hassled by some man trying to bum change from everyone going in and out of the store. He obviously knew what time the store gets most of it's customers and decided it would be a good idea to panhandle people as they will likely come out with change from their lunch. I sighed and walked inside of the store about to tell the people about him, but when I turned around he wasn't there anymore. The place looked relatively clean however, there was a large leak in the ceiling right near the food display which was only solved by a large bucket half full with nasty water and a continuous drip coming from above. The food looked decent behind the glass so I decided to give it a try despite my better judgement telling me to leave. I sampled the orange chicken, it seemed like it had been sitting in it's container since 5am. It was alright but nothing to brag about. I also sampled the lo mein, which was even worse than the orange chicken. The lo mein was extra extra dry, almost like very overdone, the noodles had no taste and it too felt like it had been sitting in the container since they opened the store that morning. It could be that I am used to having good lo mein from places like Mid Atlantic Seafood, thicker noodles, not too wet, not too dry and with an actual taste. I ordered Teriyaki chicken with fried rice. The teriyaki chicken was by far the best thing I could have gotten and it too was not all that great compared to some other Chinese food places in the area. The fried rice was decent, nothing spectacular, it too was a little on the dry side. I also tried the cream cheese rangoon. these were decent for a small appetizer, however it was my first time trying them so, I have nothing to compare them to. The 2 best things about this particular Panda Express is the people behind the counter are very nice and prices but it's not really a bargain when even if you get alot of food, you're basically getting alot of food that doesn't taste all that great. Come to think of it, you're not really even getting alot of food to begin with. The containers are the usual carryout containers with 2 small sections and 1 large section. They only basically use the smaller sections for your main course, not even filling them and then the large section is for your side items. So you basically get a whole lot of rice. Not to mention on the way out of the store, it turns out that the man was actually still there. He was just ducking out of view in case someone told on him. I wonder how many customers didn't bother going in for lunch because of Mr. Handout. I can tell you this, I was going to go back to lastly try the beef and brocolli and also some chicken potstickers but I think I'd skip Panda Express in that area since it seems like that guy makes his living targeting lunch-goers for change.

Parking is good. The lines normally don't get to long. Service is ok. This here, just an ordinary panda. Service is a little on the slow side but, like any other panda express, there is a lot to choose from. I always LOVED their choice of drinks. All in all, if you want some , get some. If not, there is a lot to choose from in the area.
Average. Nothing spectacular. I see why there's not much of a line or people inside anymore. If the one at The Capital Centre Blvd wasn't always crowded with teens, that's a great one. Fairuz? I think that was her name. Very pretty, sweet, and patient, but I can probably count the tiny portion of chicken the girl gave me and I'm not even one to want my plate crowded.

Stopped by this location on a weeknight around 5:00 pm. Had to wait about 6 minutes for a fresh batch of orange chicken. I was given a free kids soda for the wait. The food came out fresh and I got something for free, can't complain.

There was a line nearly wrapped outside when I went to grab lunch. The food was overcooked and appeared to have been sitting out for a while. I will not eat here again. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day?

I normally don't review chain fast food joints unless I have a really lousy experience. But when I saw this Panda express struggling with the reviews I had to step in. Maybe the gentleman with the 1 star review really did get food poisoning, and if so he has a legitimate beef. But I've eaten at this location a very unhealthy amount of times and never even had so much as an upset stomach. If you take Panda Express at face value for what it is, americanized Chinese food served fast and cheap, and tastes pretty damn good (especially the orange chicken), then you won't be disappointed.

I like this place because it's new, clean and attracts a fairly affluent lunch crowd. Most of the staff is pretty friendly. All receipts print with a request that you fill out a survey and having taken it before, I can always tell when the staff is on their best behavior. For example, the survey asks "Did anyone ask if you'd like to try a sample today?" and of course, even though they see us in there quite often, normally I'm asked if I want to sample. My problem with this Panda Express, or maybe just Panda Express in general, is that it lacks the predictability that most fast food restaurants have. My favorite healthier choice is the string bean chicken, but they don't have it all the time. I can't quite figure out if there is a pattern to when it's available, yet it's always listed on the menu. Hmmpphhh. Some days they've had no soup available. Yet, there is always masses of that delicious orange chicken there to tempt me into purchasing it.

Food is awesome. Line was a little long and they did run out of teriyaki sauce took them like 2 or 3 min to replenish. The employees should smile and interact with the customers more. They are kind of stingy on their portions a little bit. If I spend $10 I want to have enough food to fill me up. I'm a vegetarian and they don't have much to chose from. Either the walnut shrimp which they charge you $1.25 extra for each portion or the veggie spring rolls which are nasty btw. I think they should have regular shrimp anyway. My dish came with two entrées and I was charged twice for walnut shrimp. You would think they would give me a break on the double charge since they didnt have anything else for me to chose from- it's included in the meal anyway. If they get more seafood dishes then just beef and chicken, I would go more often.
